The last week events

     On December 20 and 21, I traveled to Yamaguchi with my friends. We went to Kinntaikyou and Houfu-Tennmannguu. And we stayed at Ootanisannsou. The Japanese style hotel was great! The dinner was very good and the springs were comfortable. The travel was good for my change.

     Last Wednesday, I held Christmas party with my friends who belong to same department with me. We ate handmade dinner that was made by women. After eating dinner, we ate a christmas cake. they were very delicious. And we went to Jack Club. We enjoyed playing billiards and darts at there.

     Last Thursday, I went to Okayama, Kurasiki-city. I did some shopping at the outlet mall and went to Bikan area. It was my first trip to Okayama. I enjoyed it.

     Last Friday, I went to Ichiraku with my friends. We ate Yakiniku and ice cream so we were full. I want to go to there again with them.

     Yesterday, I did some shopping in Fukuoka with my family on my way to my home town, Nagasaki. I bought some clothes so I was satisfied. And I went back to Nagasaki. I feel relaxed at my parents' home!

     Last week, I had a lot of events so I enjoyed! I was happy!

   

STAR WARS

     This chart explains about the characters of STAR WARS. Oola liked Jabba the Hatt. Han Solo and Leia Organa were in love with each other. Luke Skywalker battled with Darth Vader. Palme Amidala married Anakin Skywalker.

The midterm examination

     Yesterday, I had the midterm examination of earth science. Earth science is difficult for me because I did not take a class of it when I was in the high school. So I attended the examination after studying hard.
   
     However, problems was more difficult than I had expected so I could not solve them enough. I want to do my best in the term examination.

Go back to Nagasaki

     I will go back to my home town, Nagasaki, and visit HUIS TEN BOSCH next weekend. The event that called "kingdom of flowers and lights" is held now. So I will enjoy seeing beautiful flowers before it gets dark and illuminations at night.

     In addition to that, I will visit a ramen restaurant where my grandmother works. I like the ramen of there so I'm looking forward to eating that. I want to enjoy Nagasaki fully.

Part Time Job

     Last Saturday, I did a training of part time job. I will do a part time job next spring vacation. I must show houses to new students who enter Hiroshima university next year. So I was taught the way to show houses, and I went to some houses. Now, I must remember a lot of knowledge about houses, and acquire the way to show them.

Festival in Hiroshima University

     On November 7 and 8, a festival was held in Hiroshima university. At the department of education, E-storm was held. It had a lot of stage projects and stalls.

     I belong to the department of science education, and our department performed "Ohgiri" on the stage, sold frankfurter, and planned making "Strombone."

     Ohgiri is the game that performers think some funny answers to some questions. If one of the performers say an answer that is not funny, he must be received a punishment. It was interesting. We sold out frankfurters. We had anxiety, we could sell out or not, before E-storm, but we could sell out early. Strombone is the handmade instrument made of straw. A lot of children came to our room.

     I had good time !

The Best Way To Study a Foreign Language

     I think speaking a foreign language is the best way to study it.



     To begin with, people can speak a fluent foreign language if they speak it a lot.  In addition, they

can memorize vocabularies and grammars. Last but not least, speaking is practical.

   

      Some people say that they cannot write right spellings of words unless they try to write words

again and again. Therefore they may insist that writing is the best way. But speaking is practical as

I stated. In the global world, communicating with foreign people is important, and Japanese

people are said that they do not actively communicate with foreigners. Therefore their skills of a

foreign language do not improve.



     In conclusion, speaking a foreign language  is the most important for studying it. To summarize,

people should concentrate on speaking.

Travel Plan

     I talked with my friends about a travel the other day. Friends are majoring in same department with me. We would like to go to somewhere spring in December. Some of us have driving license so we'll go to by car. But nobody has own cars so we'll rent a car. I am looking forward to going to spring.

Last Sunday's Game

     Last Sunday "Komatsu Sensei" that is the soccer club that I belong to had a soccer game. The game was youth league of the second semester and it was the first match. We thought that we wanted to win the game for becoming champion. We were pumped up before the game.

     Although we were scored an opening goal, we did't give up and we could come from behind. So we won the game  with a score of 2-1. we were happy !

     But I could't contribute to my team. So I was not satisfied with my performance and I was frustrated. I thought that I'd like to contribute to my team in the next game.

     And we try to become champion, so we give it our best in practice and all games.

holiday life

     Hello !

     Today, I want to talk about my act of last weekend and holiday. I went to Sake festival with my friend which was held near Saijyo station last Saturday. He belongs to same soccer club with me. But we are not over 20 years old. So we didn't drink alcohol. We thought that we'll drink alcohol on this festival of next year. We ate and walked. It is very fun.

     Last Monday, I went to Hiroshima city with my friend whom I went to Sake festival with. we bought clothes for autumn and winter season. And we go STARBUCKS COFFEE. At there we were talked "Do you work there for prat time job ?" But Hiroshima city is far from Saijyo, so we refused the offer. Now I'm looking for a part time job. Can you introduce me a good part time job ?

~MY SELF-INTRODUCTION~

     Hello !

     My name is Shun Iwasaki. I'm from Nagasaki. (Sasebo city) Sasebo is famous for "Sasebo burger" and "HUIS TEN BOSCH."

     The famous hamburger shop in Sasebo  is "Hikari Burger." Many people visit the shop on holidays. The taste of the hamburger of it is very delicious. I want you to go the shop if you have opportunity to go to Sasebo.

     Next, HUIS TEN BOSCH is famous for flowers and illuminations. In spring, many tulips bloom. In winter, illuminations are very beautiful. The number of light exceeds 10 million. I think that you should go to HUIS TEN BOSCH.

     And I like to play soccer ! I began to play soccer when I was 6. Since then, I have played soccer for 13 years. Now, I belong to a soccer club. The name of the club is "Komatsu Sensei." Everyone says "Komatsu." Komatsu joins youth league. And Komatsu won the last season. (1 semester) I was very happy.

     Now, I belong to faculty of education. I major in science. I study chemistry, physics, biology, and earth science. But, when I become a third grader, I want to major in chemistry. Especially, I would like to study inorganic chemistry. In the future, I think that I teach science at a junior high school or chemistry at a high school. Of course I want to teach in Nagasaki. Teachers in my high school said "go back to Nagasaki and we work together." When I was said their words, I decide to become science teacher and go back to Nagasaki. So I study hard in Hiroshima University ! We study hard together in communication ⅡA class !
